Shipping Policy
We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Vetamind Online Store.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order will be processed and shipped within 3–7 working days after order verification and credit approval.
We use flat-rate shipping of RM10.00 (East Malaysia) and RM17.00 (West Malaysia). Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
Free shipping is provided for subscription plans with the use of promo code “FLYTOME” and single purchases valued more than RM100.
All shipments are processed in our Selangor facility to both East and West Malaysia.
We do not deliver to P.O boxes.
Orders will be processed and shipped once cash payment is received/credit card charges confirmed.
International Shipping: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any destination outside of Malaysia (beside Singapore).

Return & Refund Policy
This Return and Refund policy applies only to purchases made via Vetamind Online Store.
Vetamind uses its best efforts to ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled. If any product is defective (damaged, expired, or otherwise faulty), please notify us by contacting us through our website, Facebook, WhatsApp, or email within seven (7) days of receiving the product. We will contact you within seven (7) days after receiving your inquiry to guide you on the return process. Please wait for our instructions before taking any further action.
If you wish to exchange a product, it must be returned sealed, unopened, and unused in its original packaging. Exchanges can only be completed in person as directed by our admin. Courier or postal returns will not be accepted for exchanges. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Conditions for Return or Exchange

A return is accepted only if the product is defective (damaged, expired, or incorrect item delivered).

For exchanges, the product must be sealed and unused.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all labels and documents provided upon delivery.
Missing, Wrong, or Extra Items

If an ordered product is missing from your delivery, Vetamind will either refund you the value of that product or replace it.

If an extra product that was not ordered is delivered, we will arrange collection.

If you are charged for a product that was not delivered, we will refund the value of that product.

If you are charged more than the displayed price at the time of order, we will refund the difference.
Inspection and Refunds
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Only products meeting the criteria above will qualify for a refund.
We will also reimburse courier charges for defective product returns (with valid courier payment slip).
Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months, subject to the appointed bank’s refund policy. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
