Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays in Malaysia).

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 working days after verification and payment confirmation.

Flat-rate shipping fees: RM 10.00 (East Malaysia), RM 17.00 (West Malaysia). Free shipping for subscription orders with code FLYTOME or single orders over RM 100.

Shipments are dispatched from our Selangor facility.

Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.

International shipping outside Malaysia is not offered.

Expect longer delivery windows during festive periods.
Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or expired products.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, or through our website. Our team will guide you on the next steps within 7 days of your inquiry.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for products that are sealed, unopened, and unused in their original packaging.

All exchanges must be done in person as instructed by our team. Courier or postal returns are not accepted for exchanges.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Inspection & Approval

Returned items will be inspected to confirm eligibility.

If the product meets our defective criteria, we will:

Refund the purchase price and courier costs (with proof of payment), or

Exchange the product with a replacement item.

Missing or Wrong Items

If you have been charged for an item not delivered, or received the wrong product, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

If an extra item was delivered, we will arrange collection at no additional cost.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within two months of approval (subject to bank processing times).
